3rd Meeting

So I had my 3rd meeting on the 10th November.

In this meeting I mentioned what I had done, and received some help. From my research last week, I was starting to look at data warehousing. I don't need to do this because the data I am storing won't take much space, and can easily be stored within a MySQL database. Which makes things easier.

We also discussed how the target auidence will receive the data vizualisations, as previously mentioned they will be in a heat map.

We then spoke about the researching into the Twitter API, how it only allows you to get a week back if you use the REST Api. Along with how to search using the API.

For the next meeting I need to investigate how to store the older than week data in order to build up a data pattern. Well I know already they will be stored in a MySQL database, and the tool will take a shot of the week's data and store that so from the moment the company starts using the tool, until they stop they will start to build a data store.

I was also advised to look into twitter location data, and if it stores in an array or not. Well when the data is called anyway it comes as JSON which Is already an array, so i don't think I need to investigate this any futher.

I was also told to revise a questionnaire aimed at my target auidence. This is in order to receive feedback on my idea and to see if it was desired or not.
